Golden Graham S'mores
These treats are so good that you must practice self control in order to not eat the whole pan!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup corn syrup
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 package milk chocolate chips
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 package (9 cups) Golden Grahams cereal
Topping:
- 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Grease 9 x 13 pan. Heat syrup, butter and chocolate chips until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal; toss until coated. Fold in marshmallows, 1 cup at a time. Press in pan with butter back of spoon.
Topping:
- Using the same pot, heat marshmallows and butter until melted, stirring constantly. Drizzle over the pan of squares, then sprinkle extra marshmallows on top.
- When cooled, cut into 2-inch squares. Or just take a spoon and shovel large chunks straight into your mouth while the kids are in bed. Eat the whole pan.
